This page covers the drawclose.app website and the Drawclose test group. Last updated 30 October 2026.
Drawclose runs this website and the test group. You can reach us any time at [email protected].
Only what you give us when you join the test group:
We don’t ask for your address, your children’s names or birthdays, or any payment details.
To invite you to test the app, send you the test build and a short check-in at the end, and pick a good mix of families. That’s all. We never sell your details or share them for anyone else’s marketing.
Sign-ups are stored with Cloudflare, which also runs this website. Its servers may be outside Canada, so your details may be handled under the laws of other countries. Cloudflare also sees your IP address when you visit, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
The website’s fonts load from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address when a page loads. There are no ads, no tracking cookies and no analytics that identify you.
For as long as testing runs. We delete test-group details within six months of testing ending, or sooner if you ask.
We only email you about testing Drawclose. Every email says who it’s from and how to stop. Reply “stop”, or email [email protected], and we’ll take you off the list.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We’ll reply within 30 days.
If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled your details, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
Your journal, notes and check-ins stay on your phone. We only see your test results if you choose to send them to us.
If this page changes, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use details you’ve already given us, we’ll email you first.
